- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 8 ounces of sliced ham
- 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
- Lay down slices of ham and sprinkle cheddar cheese on each piece.
- Roll up the pastry tightly and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and season with salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
