Description

A delightful and festive Easter Charcuterie Board filled with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and seasonal treats.


Ingredients

  • Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda)
  • Variety of cured meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni)
  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, apricots)
  • Vegetables (carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber)
  • Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • Olives (green and black)
  • Crackers and breadsticks
  • Chocolate eggs and bunny-shaped candies
  • Honey or fig jam


Instructions

  1. Start by selecting a large wooden or marble board as your base.
  2. Arrange the cheeses in different sections of the board.
  3. Layer the cured meats around the cheeses, folding them for an appealing presentation.
  4. Add fresh fruits and vegetables in between the meats and cheeses.
  5. Fill in gaps with mixed nuts and olives.
  6. Place crackers and breadsticks in a decorative manner.
  7. Finish off the board with chocolate eggs and candies for a festive touch.
  8. Serve with honey or fig jam on the side for added flavor.
