- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large round bread loaf
- Vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create a bowl shape.
- Place the spinach dip mixture inside the hollowed bread loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the bread is golden.
- Serve warm with vegetable sticks.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let the cream cheese and sour cream come to room temperature before mixing. Experiment with different cheeses for a unique flavor.
