Description

A creamy, cheesy spinach dip served in a hollowed-out bread loaf, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • Vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create a bowl shape.
  4. Place the spinach dip mixture inside the hollowed bread loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the bread is golden.
  6. Serve warm with vegetable sticks.

Notes

For a creamier texture, let the cream cheese and sour cream come to room temperature before mixing. Experiment with different cheeses for a unique flavor.
