- 1/2 cup baking soda

- Chocolate chips or raisins (for eyes)
Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bring 10 cups of water and baking soda to a boil in a large pot.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and shape into bunny forms.
- Boil each pretzel for about 30 seconds, then remove and place on a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Use chocolate chips or raisins for the eyes.
