Description

Delightful bunny-shaped pastries filled with creamy spinach-artichoke dip and melted cheese, perfect for your Easter gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup creamy spinach-artichoke dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
  • Flour (for dusting)
  • Bunny-shaped cookie cutter (for shaping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and cut out bunny shapes using the cookie cutter.
  3. Place a spoonful of spinach-artichoke dip in the center of each bunny shape.
  4. Fold the edges over to enclose the filling, leaving the bunny ears exposed.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
