A creamy and vibrant pasta salad combining elbow macaroni and deviled eggs, perfect for gatherings and summer picnics.

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sweet relish
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and cool.
- Combine in a large mixing bowl the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sweet relish, celery, and red onion.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with paprika and chives.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Make-ahead for best flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste. Skip chilling at your own risk!
