- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 small banana (or ½ large)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- ¾ cup coconut water (or filtered water)
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the spinach and liquid.
- Blend on high until smooth—about 45 to 60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust: add more ginger for heat, or a few ice cubes to thicken.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or store in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for a creamy texture. Add ½ avocado for a buttery finish. Chill liquids beforehand instead of using ice. For a meal version, blend in almond butter or plant protein. For diabetes-friendly version, swap banana for avocado or cauliflower, use more greens, and switch to unsweetened almond milk.
