Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 small banana (or ½ large)

  • ¾ cup coconut water (or filtered water)
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the spinach and liquid.
  2. Blend on high until smooth—about 45 to 60 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust: add more ginger for heat, or a few ice cubes to thicken.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately, or store in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours.
