Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, grated carrots, chopped bell peppers, and onions.
- Add breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into patties of desired size.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
