Description
Deliciously crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these deep-fried strawberry cheesecake pies are a delightful treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of pie crusts
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the crust over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the pies in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
