- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Gather fresh dandelion flowers, ensuring they are free from pesticides.
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the dandelion flowers to the boiling water and let steep for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the flowers, retaining the liquid.
- Stir in the sugar and lemon juice until fully dissolved.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator.
- Serve over ice if desired.
