Description

A refreshing and herbal lemonade made with dandelion flowers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups dandelion flowers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Gather fresh dandelion flowers, ensuring they are free from pesticides.
  2. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the dandelion flowers to the boiling water and let steep for about 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove the flowers, retaining the liquid.
  5. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice until fully dissolved.
  6. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve over ice if desired.
