Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Melt the dairy free chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture on top of the chocolate.
