Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  2. Melt the dairy free chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
  5. Add a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture on top of the chocolate.
  6. Cover the pumpkin mixture with more melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
