- 1 cup cooked chicken or tofu, diced
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetables (like bok choy, carrots, or bell peppers)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in curry powder and cook for another minute.
- Add vegetable or chicken broth and coconut milk, and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in diced chicken or tofu, vegetables, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the wontons by filling the wrappers with a small amount of the protein and sealing them.
- Cook the filled wontons in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes or until they float.
- Serve the soup in bowls with wontons added and garnish with green onions.
