Description

Refreshing and flavorful Cucumber and Dill Pinwheels, perfect for snacks and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin


Instructions

  1. Chop fresh dill and slice the cucumber thinly.
  2. Mix cream cheese with dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle dill over cream cheese on each tortilla.
  5. Arrange cucumber slices over cream cheese and dill.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  8. Unwrap and cut off uneven ends.
  9. Slice each log into 6 equal portions and serve.
