- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
Instructions
- Chop fresh dill and slice the cucumber thinly.
- Mix cream cheese with dry ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas.
- Sprinkle dill over cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Arrange cucumber slices over cream cheese and dill.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Unwrap and cut off uneven ends.
- Slice each log into 6 equal portions and serve.
