Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  4. Stir again before serving.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
