A delicious and easy recipe for soy honey garlic chicken made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts if desired.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste for sweetness and saltiness.
