Description

A delicious and easy recipe for soy honey garlic chicken made in a crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
