Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup canned salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, canned salmon, green onions, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the rice bites in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
