- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2–3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
