Description

Deliciously crispy crab rangoon filled with creamy crab filling, perfect for appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz crab meat, drained
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the rangoon in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

  • Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve crispiness.
  • Serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
