Delicious and portable dessert truffles filled with cheesecake and cotton candy flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cotton candy, chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped cotton candy until evenly distributed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your crispy cotton candy cheesecake bombs!
