Description

Delicious and portable dessert truffles filled with cheesecake and cotton candy flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cotton candy, chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped cotton candy until evenly distributed.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy your crispy cotton candy cheesecake bombs!
