- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the marinated chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the ciabatta bread until crispy.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading Caesar dressing on the bread, adding the crispy chicken, and topping with chopped romaine lettuce and extra Parmesan.
