Description

  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Finely chop or rice broccoli, removing excess moisture.
  3. Combine broccoli, cheeses, almond flour, eggs, and seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto tray, flatten into rounds about ½-inch thick.
  5. Bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with dipping sauce or alone.
