Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced


Instructions

  1. Season the steak and shrimp with Creole seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, bell pepper, and onion; cook until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove the mixture from the skillet and set aside.
  6. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, and add the steak and shrimp mixture on one half.
  7. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
