- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked scallops, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Combine ricotta cheese, shrimp, scallops, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour any remaining filling over the shells and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh seafood and high-quality cheeses. You can make the filling ahead of time and assemble the dish when ready to bake.
