Description

Deliciously rich stuffed pasta shells filled with a creamy seafood mixture of shrimp and scallops, perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked scallops, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, shrimp, scallops, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining filling over the shells and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For best flavor, use fresh seafood and high-quality cheeses. You can make the filling ahead of time and assemble the dish when ready to bake.
