  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in sauerkraut and chopped corned beef, cooking for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir in shredded Swiss cheese until melted and smooth.
