Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Notes
