Description

A delicious and easy-to-make creamy mushroom pasta that is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
