Description

A delicious and comforting ramen dish featuring creamy garlic sauce and tender chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 servings ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
