Creamy Garlic Baby Potatoes

Description

Tender baby potatoes tossed in a velvety garlic parmesan cream sauce. Quick, creamy, and comforting—ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender
  2. Melt butter and sauté garlic
  3. Stir in cream and parmesan until thickened
  4. Toss potatoes in sauce and season
  5. Finish with parsley and serve

Notes

For extra flavor, roast potatoes first, then toss in sauce. Add red pepper flakes for a little kick.
