Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions
