Description

A delicious and creamy pasta dish with a spicy Cajun twist, featuring succulent prawns.


Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 300g prawns (shrimp)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Add the prawns and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, cooking until they turn pink.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
