- 300g prawns (shrimp)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Add the prawns and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, cooking until they turn pink.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
