A delicious appetizer featuring mushrooms stuffed with a creamy cheese filling.
Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
