- 1 pound of sausage
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced green onions
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
- Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
- Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined with the sausage.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot sausage or add diced jalapeños.
