Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add the corn, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
