Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Slider buns


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the cranberry sauce over medium heat until warm.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the warm cranberry sauce.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing a meatball on each slider bun.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
