Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (about 45 pounds)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the turkey.
  4. Cover the turkey with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
  5. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  6. Check the internal temperature of the turkey; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
