Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast (about 45 pounds)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger.
  3. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the cranberry orange mixture over it.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
