- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef roast on all sides until browned.
- Place the seared roast in a roasting pan and pour the cranberry balsamic mixture over it.
- Cover the pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
