- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for convenience.
