Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
