Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the corn, cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onions, jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
