Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (2.5 oz) tater tots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the kidney beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with tater tots and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
