Description

A delicious and easy recipe for bowtie pasta with chicken and broccoli, flavored with cowboy butter and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup cowboy butter
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, mixing well.
  6. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
