Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, and egg.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
