- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices of American cheese
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine ground beef, chopped onion, water, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, breaking the meat apart until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, flatten the meat mixture into a thin layer in the skillet.
- Cut the meat into 12 squares to fit the slider buns.
- Place a slice of cheese on each square and let it melt.
- Toast the slider buns lightly.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the meat and cheese on the buns, adding pickles if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy your homemade sliders!
