- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- Optional: additional whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until well blended and thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with more pistachios if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat milk.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
