Description

A refreshing and delicious pistachio pie that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • Optional: additional whipped topping for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until well blended and thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in the chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with more pistachios if desired.
