- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Extra shredded coconut for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Pour the cream mixture over the baked crust and sprinkle with extra shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
For a twist, consider adding a splash of almond extract. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
