Description

Classic Creamy Garlic Sauce is a rich and velvety sauce made with butter, fresh garlic, and heavy cream. This simple yet luxurious sauce brings bold garlic flavor and silky texture that pairs perfectly with pasta, chicken, seafood, or roasted vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well to combine.
  4. Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use freshly minced garlic for the best flavor. If the sauce becomes too thick, whisk in a small amount of chicken or vegetable broth to adjust the consistency. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently over low heat.
