Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar, then sprinkle over the cinnamon rolls.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and apples, ensuring everything is well coated.
  7. If using, sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
