Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon, drop clusters of the yogurt and strawberry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cluster.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the clusters are firm.
  8. Once frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
