- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each filled strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
