Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each filled strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
