Description
Delicious brownie bites filled with edible chocolate chip cookie dough.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 box brownie mix
- Ingredients required for brownie mix (as per package instructions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until creamy.
- Add the flour and chocolate chips to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
- In a mini muffin tin, place a small amount of brownie batter in each cup.
- Add a small ball of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- Cover the cookie dough with more brownie batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
